our Saturday morning club runs are back to the regular 8:00 a.m. at Herrick Lake! Breakfast at the Danada
IHOP at 10:00 a.m.

Do you like the Fall color season with nice running temperatures
and beautiful scenery ? Wait no longer - it's here, so join us at Herrick Lake at 8:00 on Saturdays and plan for your last three Windrunner
circuit races. Current standings will be published and distributed later this
week. Only 6 races are needed to be award eligible.
On another note, we still don't have enough runners to fill three
teams for the extraordinary River-to-River relay on April 17, 2010. The deadline for team entry is on this October 20, only
2+ weeks away.
